Integration of ESG Principles
The achievement of our ESG goals starts from the very beginning in terms of forming a part of our investment criteria and asset selection. It is also therefore a key component of our due diligence, whereby the existing and future green credentials of an asset are carefully evaluated, being often a major driver of our decision-making.
In our asset management, we constantly look for ways to reduce our properties' environmental footprint and to create additional income streams, improve operational efficiency and do the right thing by the environment. On lease renewals, where possible, we seek to negotiate green clauses in order to engage our tenants in achieving our targets.
